Plain-English terms for using Unstaged. We have written these to be read, not to be ignored.

Short version: Be kind. Do not post content you do not own or have permission to share. You own your photos. We run the service and can remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptance
By creating an account and using Unstaged, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Unstaged cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account secure. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Unstaged.
Your content
You retain full ownership of all content you post on Unstaged. By posting content, you grant Unstaged a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content to your followers as part of the normal operation of the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content you share. You may not post content that:
- You do not own or do not have permission to share
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
- Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
- Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Harasses, bullies, or intimidates other users
- Contains spam or deceptive content
- Violates any applicable law
Private accounts
All Unstaged accounts are private by default. Your posts are only visible to users you have approved as followers. You can approve or reject any follower request at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Unstaged to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or any other user's account
- Scrape or collect data from the service
- Reverse engineer any part of the service
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with the proper operation of the service
Subscription and payment
Access to Unstaged requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where possible, we will give you notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before taking action.
Disclaimers
Unstaged is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the service will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors. We are not responsible for content posted by other users.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unstaged is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify users through the app if the changes are significant. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
